It is very rare that you get to hear directly from sitting lawmakers that are literally in the midst of working to pass historic cannabis legislation that will dramatically affect the entire emerging international cannabis industry. However, that is exactly what happened at the recent International Cannabis Business Conference where German policymakers from multiple parties discussed ongoing cannabis reform efforts.
