Study: THC Associated With Decreased Driving Speed But Not Long Term Impairment

Researchers in Toronto, Canada analyzed data involving a group of young adult subjects that participated in simulated driving performance tests while consuming cannabis.
The simulated driving performance test involved the subjects being placed into one of three groups:
Consumed cannabis cigarettes that contained high-THC
Consumed cannabis cigarettes that contained low-THC
Consumed placebo (no THC)
All of the participants self-identified as being regular cannabis users. To find read about the results of the study and why they are important, check out our recent article on Cannabis & Tech Today.
