Elizaveta started as a marketing assistant for the International Cannabis Business Conference in January 2023, was later promoted to Marketing Director, and as of this year became the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. The promotion is well-deserved and comes as a result of her tremendous marketing knowledge and abilities.

Our Chief Marketing Officer position plays a vital role in daily operations, ensuring that the visibility of the conference’s brand and our partners remains strong. Elizaveta has successfully led several marketing initiatives for the International Cannabis Business Conference during her tenure with the company, including but not limited to social media campaigns, modernizing the company’s website, multimedia marketing, market research, and developing various materials for events.

Ms. Zharikova is the primary point of contact for conference partners and is exceptional at managing those relationships. Additionally, as Chief Marketing Officer, Elizaveta oversees a team of conference staff, both in a daily capacity in between events and during conferences. In recent years, the International Cannabis Business Conference has experienced significant growth, with Elizaveta directly contributing to the conference’s rise in popularity, and that has been matched by an increase in the size of our staff, particularly in our marketing department. Ms. Zharikova has effectively led the marketing team during the time of growth, and her strong leadership continues to inspire and motivate team members.

She possesses marketing leadership skills that are second to none in the cannabis industry, consistently demonstrates a unique acumen for branding, and has a proven track record of designing and coordinating marketing campaigns at an international level.
