Previously, Dean served as CEO of West Coast Outdoor Media Inc., which he founded in 1999 and helped build into an award-winning operator in multiple top-10 DMAs, with brand clients such as Apple, NIKE and Bank of America, before being acquired in January of 2011 by Total Outdoor. Dean studied Economics and International Finance at San Francisco State University.
