Happy 4/20 Holiday Weekend – Let’s Legalize Cannabis!

From all the folks at the International Cannabis Business Conference, to all our cannabis supporting brothers and sisters around the planet, we hope you are having a safe happy holiday today!

We hope you are able to enjoy this time with your loved ones. While you celebrate, please remember that many people across the globe are unable to freely enjoy of this plant which has proven to be so healing. There are still many who face prison for using their medicine. Take the time to donate and support organizations such as Americans for Safe Access, the Drug Policy Alliance, Marijuana Policy Project, the National Cannabis Industry Association, and the National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws.

In particular, I encourage folks to attend next month’s lobby days, May 21st-24th in Washington, DC, when two of these foundational organizations, Americans for Safe Access and the National Cannabis Industry Association, will join forces on Capitol Hill to represent the needs of both the patient and cannabis business communities, and to express the urgency of ending federal prohibition policies.

Thank you for fighting the good fight with the International Cannabis Business Conference! The ICBC in Berlin was another historic event that saw attendees from more than 40 countries around the world represented. We look forward to heading back to Germany again next year and we’ll be seeing activists, entrepreneurs and investors soon in Vancouver and Portland as we continue to do our part to bring our message of freedom all across the globe.
