Congressman Dana Rohrbacher (Republicans) heads the subcommittee on Foreign Affairs focused on “Europe, Eurasia and new threats” in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Californian representative is the co-initiator of the Rohrbacher-Farr resolution which was adopted in 2014. It prohibits the justice department to fund resources that interfere with the implementation of state medical marijuana laws.
